Open Source Days kindly invites interested people to join the planning of the biggest open source conference in Scandinavia. As a member of the conference team you can be sure to have a good time at Open Source Days. If you can still smile after two days of hard work, or you have a soft spot for planning, organization and running logistics, then we would love to hear from you!
But don't despair - if you aren't familiar with open source and just want to give us a helping hand for a couple of hours - that is fine too.
Before the conference we need help with:
- Maintaining webpages
- Seek out potential speakers and sponsors
- Press coverage
In the days prior to and during the conference we need help with:
- Access and tickets
- Video recording
- Building up the exhibition area
- General setup
- Photography
- Press handling and coverage
- Packing conference bags
- Chairmen for a track
An increasing number of our conference participants has expressed a wish for a social event during the 2 conference days. If you can organize a beer tasting event for a few hundred people, or have another good idea for a social event, then we would very much like to hear from you.
