About Open Source Days
Open Source Days is a series of large conference, based on the open-source community in Denmark.
As early as 1998 we held the first Danish Open Source conference - named Linux98 - and the subsequent Open Networks 99 were smashing successes from the outset. Then we ran a popular series of linuxforum conferences. In 2008, the conference changed its name to "Open Source Days" to indicate that the conference has focused on open source - such as Linux, *BSD, Apache, Samba and many other programs and systems.
Open Source Days 2011 - Community Edition is a joint venture with Copenhagen Business School and Rasmus Ulslev Pedersen, Associate Professor, Embedded Software Laboratory, Institute for IT Management, http://www.cbs.dk/forskning/institutter_centre/institutter/inf/menu/meda...
Open Source Days is controlled by the Open Source Days ApS with strong support from the open source community in Denmark in the form of a fantastic team of helpers and enthusiasts.
